Cricket is a core sport at St Patrick’s College, featuring teams for Senior Boys, Senior Girls, Junior Boys, and Junior Girls. Our teams regularly compete in the local Mackay Region Gala Day competitions, offering valuable experience against nearby schools.

New in 2025 was our successful entry into the state-wide StreetSmart T20 competition in Brisbane. St Patrick's College aims to send Senior Boys and Senior Girls teams to this prestigious event annually, pitting us against the best cricket programs in Queensland. In 2025, our Senior Boys achieved a highly respectable fourth place overall in the state.
